• Orders: shipping address, PIN, cart contents, payment reference
• Support: messages you send us
• Device: basic logs needed to run the site securely

Why

To create your account, fulfil orders, prevent fraud, send order emails, handle returns, and improve the store. We do not sell your personal data.

• Razorpay — payments
• Qikink and their couriers — print and delivery
• Cloudinary — product images
• Resend — transactional email
• Hosting / database providers that run this website

Retention

Order and invoice records are kept as required for tax and consumer law. You can close your Clerk account; we may retain order history where the law requires it.
