You can request a return within 7 days of the order date for unused, unwashed items with original tags and packaging.

How to request

Sign in, open Order history, and use Request return on an eligible order. Pick the specific items to return and tell us why. Other items in the same order stay as they are. We will review and email or message you with pickup or drop-off instructions if approved.

Not eligible

• Worn, washed, or damaged items (except manufacturing defects)
• Custom / personalised prints once production has started, unless defective
• Requests after 7 days from the order date

Refunds

Approved returns are refunded to the original Razorpay payment method after we receive and inspect the item. Processing typically takes 5–10 working days after inspection. We do not auto-refund at request time.

Exchanges

Size or colour exchanges are handled as a return plus a new order when stock allows. Write to hello@bydshop.in if you need help.
