We ship prepaid orders across India. A valid 6-digit PIN code is required at checkout. International shipping is not available.

Cost

Shipping is free on orders of ₹1,499 and above. Below that, a shipping fee may apply at checkout when we enable it. Until then, prepaid orders ship at no extra charge.

Timelines

Most orders are print-on-demand and fulfilled by our manufacturing partner (Qikink) and their courier network. Typical dispatch is 2–5 working days after payment, with delivery in 3–8 working days depending on your PIN. Festival periods and remote areas can take longer.

Tracking

Once a courier is assigned you will receive an AWB / tracking link on your order in Profile when we have it from the partner. Contact hello@bydshop.in if tracking has not appeared 5 working days after payment.

Failed delivery / RTO

If the courier cannot deliver (wrong address, unreachable phone, refused package), the shipment may return to origin. We will contact you to reattempt or refund as applicable. Please keep your phone reachable on the number used at checkout.
